At Mando Threads, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your items under the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

3. Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
• Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return
